Camera arrived, it's fantastic! Have been practice shooting everything in sight; will try to upload anything that turns out to be worth saving. All legs of transportation for the trip have been booked and finalized now, woot, so I'm really really going! Time is going to fly by to May 3rd.
Callie is visiting this weekend- so fun!! We went to the Moisture Festival at Hale's Ale House last night; great performances, very affordable, and I have not laughed so hard in a very long time. I highly recommend it to all y'all Seattle-ites. The rest of the month is going to be house sitting, packing, and goodbye parties, even though I'm coming back :) - it's a good excuse!
